When you register for the event, our team will schedule an onboarding call with you where we will share the list of candidates, and understand what you're looking for. You can pre-select candidates to interview. Or simply attend the event and see if someone's pitch catches your eye.

You can pre-screen the candidates, see their resume and coding challenge results, and even interview the ones you are most interested in virtually prior to the event. Then you meet them in person at the Leap event before making a final hiring decision.
